Production Services
The ZoRoCo Free-From Plant is subdivided into 2 FDA Registered Production Areas.
The WHITE Zone is dedicated Big 9 Allergen-Free, as outlined by the USDA. It is Free-From: dairy, eggs, peanuts, wheat, soy, tree nuts, seseme, fish, and shellfish.
The GRAY Zone is our dedicated Gluten-Free Area, designed to process limited allergens outside the Big 9, including soy, dairy and some tree nuts. Our entire Free-From Plant is Gluten-Free & Peanut-Free and offers MANY production and packaging capabilities.
General Machine, Packaging and Production Services are available in both dedicated White & Gray Production Areas.

In our Big 9 Allergen-Free White Zone, ZoRoCo Batches, Blends, Forms, Bakes and Tray Packs Ready-To-Eat Allergen-Free Cookies.

No-Bake Bars
In our Big 9 Allergen-Free White Zone, ZoRoCo Batches, Blends, Extrudes, and Flow Wraps Ready-To-Eat Allergen-Free Bars.

Equipment includes: Ribbon Blender, Vemag Bar Extruder, and Horizonal Flow Wrapper. Finished Bars packed off into private label point of sale cartons.
Emulsion, Non-Pasteurized Spread Products
Semi-solid margarine replacements or spreads which can be piston-filled into tubs. We make oil and water fall in love!
